Can anyone fail in ISC exam?

This same question came in my mind when I was in class 12 and the answer is no it is extremely rare that anyone failing in ISC exam .
In our batch many students were very dumb but still they passed with good marks and ISC is very linient in marking so  failing in ISC is harder than passing so even if write something and dont leave anything blank then definitely you gonna pass .so dont worry and work hard you will definitely pass with good marks .
