Possible Squad of Chennai super kings In Ipl 2023| CSK

Ipl 2022 has not been good for chennai super kings they are already out of playoffs. There are plenty of reasons for there bad performance in this season of IPL. They lacked good opening batsman as they were unable to find a replacement of Faf duplesis who used to give them explosive starts since last few seasons. Another reason for CSK's bad performance is Rituraj Gaikwad's bad form. He was the key to CSK's success last year but this year he didn't performed well. The Captaincy of Jadeja was also not good which spoiled their season. So what are those players whom CSK might target let's see.

Sam Curran: Sam Curran is a very explosive and good allrounder so CSK might target Sam Curran in next year's auction. Sam Curran also has previous experience of playing with CSK so I think it would be a great buy for CSK if they go for Sam Curran.

Mitchell Stark: CSK might target this Australian fast bowler in next year's auction as this year their death bowling was pathetic. Although there is an uncertainty if Mitchell Stark would come in IPL auction 2023 . If he comes in auction then CSK will definately go after him.

Suresh Raina : CSK might target Suresh Raina in next year's IPL auction as this year he went unsold but next year he might get picked by CSK as he is one of the oldest players of CSK. Team management would like to bring back Suresh Raina in the squad to give some stability in the middle order.

Ben Stokes: Csk would definitely go after Ben stokes as he is an explosive allrounder. He is good with both bat and ball. Csk need an explosive overseas batsman as this year Devon Conway was unable to do that for CSK. So if Ben Stokes comes in auction then CSK will definitely go after him.

So these are some of the players which CSK might target in next year's mini auction.

Now let's talk about the players who will be released by CSK. So CSK might release Devon Conway, Adam Milne,N Jagdeeshan, Bhagath Verma, Mitchell Santner and Robin Uthappa.
