Everyone is excited for the India vs South Africa T20 series which will be starting from 9 June 2022. Total 5 T20 matches will be played between these two teams. So in this article we will discuss about the key players for team India who can play a very decisive role in this series.

KL Rahul: KL Rahul has been given the captaincy of the team for this series,  he can become very explosive with the bat as well as have the flexibility to play a long innings, his performance in the IPL was really good and, it is expected that he will carry his form forward. So his performance will be a key factor for the match.

Rishab Pant: Rishab Pant is a hard hitting batsman and gave good performance in the IPL also, He is that kind of a player who can turn the match around  with his bat, so a lot will be depending on his performance in this series.

Shreyash Iyer: His performance in the IPL was average but , he is a match winner with his bat, so his performance will be important for India.

Yuzvendra Chahal: As the main spinner of the team, chahal’s performance will be crucial for the team, his leg spins and googly creates difficulties for the batsman and a lot of things will be depending on his performance with the ball.

Umran Malik: Although Umran was very uneconomical  in the IPL but, he has a lot of potential, His average speed of bowling lies between 150-160 kmph which is quiet impressive. If he can bowl in the right areas with good line and length then he can be a match winner for the team.
