GATE:

“GATE” stands for general aptitude test in engineering. It is an exam which is conducted by various IITs in India for admission in M.Tech program and also for jobs in public sector companies. The syllabus of GATE mainly consists of all the topics covered in the bachelor degree of engineering, and changes according to the branches, for civil it would be different, for electrical it would be different and so on.
