Why The Youth Of USA is not Willing To Join Army:

Recently, many articles were circulating in the internet stating that USA is minimizing size of their military bases due to the shortage of military personnel. The reason behind this is the unwillingness of youth population of the USA. Let’s see what could be the reason behind this.

Getting Involved into Unnecessary wars by the USA:

In the past we have seen that, USA has gone into many unnecessary wars, which had no direct  connection to the security of USA, but due to the tendency of the USA to portray itself as a superpower led it into many wars, which had claimed many lives of the US army. Maybe by looking at these things the youth of US does not want to join the army. Youth of any country joins army due to the patriotism and will to defend its country from its enemies, but when they see that their country is waging unnecessary wars, maybe they don’t feel that patriotism within them. If this shortage of army personnel continues, then USA might get into deep trouble.

A large Part of Youth Population of USA is unfit for joining the army:

Reports suggest that about 71 percent of Youth population of USA is unfit for joining army, which is a huge number. There could be various reasons behind it, like obesity, criminal records etc. A huge population of USA is suffering from obesity, and many youth of USA has past criminal records, which makes them unfit for the army.

It is a huge challenge for USA, to tackle this problem and if  this problem is not resolved then USA might loose its military might, because no matter how much weapons and advanced technology a country has, if it doesn’t have enough foot soldiers, then its military becomes weak.
