Google Meet is Soon Going To Introduce Live Streaming On Youtube Feature

Google meet which is a video conferencing application of Google might soon introduce a very exciting feature. Reports suggest that Google might soon introduce live streaming of the video conferencing on Youtube.

The company said that with the new feature an admin of a meeting would be able to start live streaming of the ongoing meeting by simply going to the activity panel and activating live streaming. With the help of this live streaming feature now any meeting could be presented to a large audience, which was not possible earlier.

But not everyone would be able to do live stream of their meeting on Youtube. The users have to take proper permissions from Google for live streaming.

The Live streaming feature of Google meets will separate it from other similar video conferencing platform and will give it an upper edge.

The matter of privacy also has been considered while making the feature. Not everyone present in the meeting would be able to start live streaming the control would be with the admin or host of the meeting, they would be able to select who can and who can’t start the live streaming.

The new feature would not be rolled out all of a sudden but it would be done in two stages first release would be “rapid release” and the second one would be” scheduled release”
