Recently Bloomberg made a survey on the possibilities of various countries of going into recession. The report suggested that India has zero percent chance of going into Recession although it stated that China and Pakistan have chances of going into recession. Sri Lanka has the highest chance of going into Recession

The country which has highest possibility of going into recession is Sri Lanka and by looking at the current situation of Sri Lanka we can assume why Sri Lanka topped the list. The report suggested that has 85 percent chance of going into recession.

Other countries who might go into recession are New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, China, Australia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, India.

Chances of China and Pakistan to go into Recession

Interesting enough both China and Pakistan have 20 percent chance of going into recession. The list contains many developed countries who might go into Recession, but it suggests that India has zero percent chance of going into recession. Japan which is considered one of the most technologically advanced country has 25 percent chance of going into recession.

Chances of USA to go into Recession

The report also claims that USA has 40 percent chance of going into recession. To counter this report the White House has published an article in which it tried to say that USA will not go to recession and also changed the real meaning of recession to strengthen its argument.
